Don't bogart that classification More cannabis trouble brewing as the Home Secretary prepares to re-classify the dopey substance back up to a Class B substance. Today's article on the BBC makes it clear; the powers that be regret ever having relaxed legislation regarding the weed as more evidence comes out of the link between skunk and psychosis. I grew up in Holland where the use of cannabis is widely tolerated. I think that merry little country will have quite a public health bill presented in a few years time when psychiatric wards fill up with formerly happy puffers. There's a reason it's called dope..
